We want to get clients their money as quickly as possible, unfortunately some
brokerage firms are slower than others when it comes to accounting and reconciliation.

Therefore, as of this month we have instituted a payment system consisting of 2 pay
dates.The first pay date will occur between the 5th and the 10th of the month following
the month commissions were earned in, for users who have selected Paypal as their
payment method.

Accounts at FXDD, Dukascopy, Ava FX, PFG, and MB Trading will NOT be paid on for
the early pay date.  For the second pay date, all clients with a positive balance will be
paid between the 15th and 25th.  At times it could be possible to be paid during both
pay periods and that is why we have chosen to only pay Paypal recipients for the first
pay date.

Hi,

We have a long-standing relationship with Alpari UK and have seen their spreads get
tighter over the years with no impact on our rebate schedule; however, Alpari UK has
recently informed us that their current spread structure can no longer support the
rebate they are paying their Introducing Brokers (IB), requiring them to make a change.

As a result of their spreads changing, they have decided to change the maximum IB
rebate accordingly and this change will affect all IB's working with Alpari UK.Because
of our long-standing relationship with them, they have guaranteed that no IB will be
paid a higher rate than us.

Starting March 1st, all trades will receive a new rebate rate of .10 pips per lot.All trades
paid on March 25th for February's trading will reflect our old rate so this will only be
applied to trades moving forward.
